It is a typical Mallorcan house, recently refurbished, located in the "Pla de Mallorca" and in the municipality of Ariany. It is a small rural village with about 900 inhabitants, with very welcoming people.

The house is on the corner of Major Street and Porvenir Street, it is one of the last houses on the way out of the village towards the countryside. This makes the house very quiet.

It is located on a plot of 237m2. The house has about 175m2, in which there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 en suite), a toilet, a living-dining room with fireplace, a kitchen with open bar and living room, a patio with porch, a swimming pool of about 3x3m2 with a fountain, a barbecue and a garage for one car. It has air conditioning, internet wifi and satellite TV. The house is made of natural stone walls and rustic wooden beams on the ceiling and also an antique plaster arch, this accommodation creates a unique Mediterranean living experience. 

The nearest beaches are Ca'n Picafort, Son Serra de Marina and Puerto de Alcúdia and are 15km, 18km and 22km away.
